Coloradan Mary Susan Stults invites you to an incredible 8 days and 7 nights of Yoga, world class surfing, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding), SUP Yoga, hiking, delicious and healthy food, fun, community, and relaxation in the jungles and on the beaches of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica!
Connect with nature and the community around you and embrace what it truly means to live well with daily Yoga practices in a gorgeous open-air studio surrounded by jungle. Surf & SUP lessons are available for all levels, waterfall hikes, a workshop with local artisans, and the optional opportunity to give back in a local beach clean-up service project offer many options for all types of travellers. Rejuvenate in Costa Rica with Mary, and come back happy, healthy, and balanced!
Wanting to further enhance your retreat experience? Private Yoga, Stand Up Paddleboarding, SUP Yoga, meditation, and surf lessons are available with Mary at an additional cost. Additional surf lessons will also be available at affordable cost with local Santa Teresa Surf Instructors.
